Changes to your investment elections and
realignment of your account will be completed
as soon as administratively possible after
instructions are received. However, occasionally
for reasons such as power interruption,
phone line interferences, satellite failure
or user error, electronic trades do not
transmit properly. Written confirmations
are sent to you of all investment election
changes and realignments. It is your responsibility
to check and make sure your instructions
are properly implemented. If the implementation
is not correct, you must contact Ingham
Group and we will make any necessary changes.
Ingham Group will not, however, calculate
or restore to your account earnings as though
the original transaction had transpired
when intended.
